Bug

The current documentation for sharing a web scene layer leads users to believe that 'Reference registered data' is selectable to publish a scene layer package (.slpk) file to the portal using referenced data, but that is not an option for selection. To publish a web scene layer using referenced data, users need to do a completely different workflow through the ArcGIS Enterprise portal.
