The Crowdsource Reporter app fails to draw polygons on mobile devices, and the issue occurs consistently on iOS devices and sporadically on Android devices.

This issue is reproducible in the ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.x version. However, the ArcGIS API for JavaScript is focused in the 4.x version and does not address the issue.Workaround
Use a desktop device.
Note: However, the application is unusable for the vast majority of users who want to make a report using a mobile device.
