Duplicate of https://devtopia.esri.com/ArcGISPro/feature-service-server/issues/302@garym this issue was no longer reproducible; at 10.6.1 we could not get create replica to fail under any circumstance with the subtype field invisible, so the analyzer was deemed unnecessary for the current build. issue is non-reproducible at current build

Workaround

Make the subtype field visible in the service map document (.mxd).
