The Create Unregistered Feature Class geoprocessing tool does not honor the Geometry Type, Has M, Has Z, or Spatial Reference parameters when generating the output.

This is an interesting issue but not solvable. Creating an unregistered feature class using ArcGIS tools is nearly the same as creating a table directly in SQL Server using SQL Server Management Studio or other SQL tools. And in those cases you cannot define a projection on the table or whether it can store Z or M values, so the resulting unregistered table reflects the same thing. There is no GDB metadata stored for unregistered tables to define these properties.Steps to Reproduce
