The Create TIN tool fails with 'Error 050001' although there are no empty elevation fields.

Additional Information

Out of memory in 10x is a known limit with too much data. 'Internal' error in Pro is a consequence of the data and how it's used - contours added as breaklines, contours intersect each other, clip polygon extends far outside the other data when it should be inside, etc..

Workaround

Split the data using the Fishnet tool to roughly 16 zones. This creates 11 zones with data that can be loaded into the TIN and run successfully.
