The Create Signature File tool in the Training Sample Manager window outputs a .gsg file that has a different number of cells for each class compared with those listed in the manager window, which results in different classification outputs from the Interactive Supervised Classification tool compared to the Maximum Likelihood Classification tool.

Additional Information
The count of pixels in the training sample manager window is a feedback to the user when collecting training samples. The count of pixels in the gsg file is the final one used in the classification operation, which is used by both the interactive supervised classification tool and the gp tool.
