Bug
The Create Replica operation in the ArcGIS REST API with SyncModel=none and no geometry or spatial filter, does not honor the layer ID specified and generates a mobile geodatabase with all layers in the feature service, when the data comes from a feature dataset in the enterprise geodatabase.

Workaround
Use Syncmodel=PerReplica and include the geometry. This downloads the singular selected layer.
