This performance issue was fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.2 patch release.Workaround
Use ArcGIS Pro 3.2.x and lower versions since the issue occurs on ArcGIS Pro 3.3.x and above. This behavior does not occur if the Feature ID is not mapped. This performance issue was fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.2 patch release.
