The 'Create from a template or existing feature layer' wizard in ArcGIS Online Content page closes the wizard on clicking the Enter key, while entering the value for the Title parameter in Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer web browsers when the keyboard is set to any other language than system language.

Additional Information

This is expected behavior. It is also same in all browsers and languages. Move the cursor to a different box to enter more info and hit Enter only when all info are entered.

Workaround

Use Google Chrome web browser.
