Bug
The Create Building Scene Layer Content tool runs successfully, but not all layers in the BIM layer are present in the finished scene layer package when data is sourced from an Oracle enterprise geodatabase. The issue also occurs when publishing the scene layer to any version of ArcGIS Enterprise.
