Additional Information

This issue is an expected behavior. ArcGIS Developer subscriptions are not provided access to other hosted applications from Map Viewer.

Workaround

  • Create a web mapping application from the Content page or Map Viewer Classic in the ArcGIS Developer subscription organization.
  • Use Map Viewer in an organizational or personal use subscription.
