Description
After downloading the ArcGIS 9.3.1 Desktop Download Layer Package Patch, launching AdvancedArcMapSettings.exe generates the following error: "Automation error. Cause
There was an issue with the ArcGIS 9.3.1 Desktop Download Layer Package Patch prior to July 2, 2009.Workaround
