Additional Information

The county boundary (Admin2) lines can be adjusted to draw to ~1:1M. Part of the reasoning is that allows matching to when they display in the Raster Topographic Map and when the vector tiles size is kept down by not including features in tiles at scales beyond the expected use case. We will test the impact of extending this feature to display at smaller scales for potential inclusion in an upcoming release. The limit where the features can display is not controlled by the Style Editor. It is a decision made in the ArcGIS Pro layer file used to create the tiles. There is a vector reference document that lists all the features and the min-max scales they can be drawn at. See pages 14-25 of https://tinyurl.com/esri-vector-ref-doc. Any changes to features' display capabilities will be included in a blog post and/or updated in this reference document.
