Workaround
- Refresh the page in between calculating values for each field.
- Use the new Calculate Field workflow in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer. Refer to https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/data-management/introducing-calculate-field-in-map-viewer/ for more information.
