The count distinct function in ArcGIS Dashboards does not work when using services from Portal for ArcGIS in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1.

This feature is working as designed. In Spanish (ES-ES), the thousand separator (dot) is used for numbers bigger than 9999 (5 digits or more).Workaround
Upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1.
