Additional Information

This is a known limitation in ArcGIS Dashboards built using ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.x. When ArcGIS Dashboards started using ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.x code base, the order of the copyright text matches the order displayed in the map viewer.
