The Copy tool does not accept a feature class from a file geodatabase as a supported data input when used in ModelBuilder in ArcGIS Pro 2.3.2 and 2.3.3, if the model uses inline variable substitution.

Workaround

-The issue is not experienced when inline variable substitution is not used. Omit inline variables if the variables are not required or complete the workflow without using the model.

-If inline variable substitution is necessary, use another platform like ArcCatalog or ArcMap to build, validate or run the model.
