The Copy Raster, Project Raster, and Export tools output incorrect values for colormap raster if the coordinate system selected for output differs from the original image, and then only when it is specified as IMG or TIFF format.

Additional Information

Unfortunately GP tools do not automatically promote NoData in 10. GRIDs are automatically promoted and fGDB uses a bit-mask.
