The Copy Parcel Fabric tool does not transfer the ParcelDimensions annotation feature class or the TaxParcelCondo table (or their associated relationship classes) from a Local Government Information Model-enabled fabric to the target location.

Workaround

Copy and paste the feature dataset that contains the Parcel fabric, annotation and TaxParcelCondo table to the new geodatabase.
