Workaround
1-16-2013 Margaret M. Refer to NIM011355. The WMS service will always default to EPSG:4326 (GCS_WGS_1984). The workaound listed in NIM011355 is to remove this item from the Capabilities file, and list the desired coordinate system as the first entry in the Capabilities file.Steps to Reproduce
