Workaround

Step 1: Use Convert Coordinate Notation tool with default WGS 84 coordinate system for Spatial Reference parameter and get an output points feature class.Step 2: Use Project tool with the output of Convert Coordinate Notation tool as input to Project. Use NAD 1927 UTM Zone 18N as output coordinate system. Select NAD_1927_To_WGS_1984_79_CONUS from the drop-down list of Geographic Transformations.
