Additional Information

This is expected behavior as the authorization cooking is expected to be shared across the browser environment. Refreshing after logging in with a new account, the most-recently-signed-in identity is used.

Workaround

  • Do not use custom domains.
  • Do not log in using two ArcGIS Online credentials in two separate tabs within one session of an internet browser.
  • Have two separate sessions for the used ArcGIS Online credentials. For example, in one internet browser, sign in to the ArcGIS Hub site with a custom domain (for example, https://hub.hikes.dev). In a separate internet browser within an incognito window, sign in to another tab and sign in to another ArcGIS Online organization.
