Workaround
The following are possible workarounds for this problem:
- Do not use ampersand in the password.
- Change the configureserviceaccount utility syntax to include quotes around the password as the example follows:
configureserviceaccount --username arcgis1 --password "9Qff(BYG*Vb5&q"
