The conda environment included with ArcGIS Server 10.5.1 fails to run and returns the error message "Failed to execute script main".

Additional Information
Later versions of ArcGIS Enterprise do not produce this error, as noted in the steps to reproduce. Because ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5.1 is no longer supported, this issue is not addressed in the reported version. Please contact Esri Technical Support if further issues persist in supported versions of the software.Workaround
To clone the environment for deploying custom Python packages, replace the conda.exe file in <install>\ArcGIS\Server\framework\runtime\ArcGIS\bin\Python\Scripts with the conda.exe file from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 or later.
