Bug
The Compute Ref Count operation in the ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory fails to return the correct count of the total number of references to the data items existing on the server and returns zero. Under the Data Item Properties section, the Ref Count is zero even if there are multiple services referencing data from the data item.

Click the Geodatabase icon in ArcGIS Server Manager or select a service by right-clicking ArcCatalog > Service Workspaces to review the data stores and data items referenced by the services. This can only be accessed on a per-service level instead of a per-data item level.
