The Composite Bands tool in the Raster Functions pane does not honor the pixel size of the first raster listed in the tool.

Workaround

  • Use the Composite Bands geoprocessing tool instead of the tool in the Raster Functions pane. The tool functions as expected, with the output assuming the same pixel size as the first raster added to the tool. comp band gp tool input.jpgcomp band gp tool success.jpg
  • Resample the raster that should be scaled to the other using the Resample tool. This also aids with data accuracy as the user can select which resampling method to use.
