The commas (,) in the CSV files are missing after adding the data through the 'My content' page in ArcGIS Online.

The development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
- Open the CSV file, change the apostrophe (') commas to apostrophes (') dots, for example, from '4,6 to '4.6, then add the data to the Content page in ArcGIS Online.
- Choose string as the field type when adding a CSV file to ArcGIS Online.
