Bug
The Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) app crashes when loading a web map that has a custom basemap set that uses a 'Custom, Local' Projected Coordinate System. Collector only crashes if Location Services are enabled for the Collector app under device settings.

Workaround
1) Disable location services for the Collector app and place points manually.2) Use basemaps that do not have a custom local projection.Steps to Reproduce
