Bug
The Close and Delete buttons are missing from the Edit widget pop-up in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder if a feature layer contains a non-nullable field.

Workaround
Click on the map next to the pop-up. The pop-up closes and the feature has been added successfully. When clicking the feature, the Delete button has appeared.
Alternatively,use unique value symbology and feature templates. The buttons are visible when using feature templates.
