This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Online. If the issue occurs, contact Esri Support Service as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
- Remove the constraint.
- Remove the input mask.
- Remove any non-alphanumeric characters in the constraint or input mask.
- Use the Backspace key to clear the input instead of the Clear button.
