Changing the classes changes the breaks, causing them to not retain Equal Interval and revert to Manual Breaks.

Workaround

After choosing the method and the classes to be used, leave the 'Round classes' as 'Select an option' to keep using the desired method.

  • To change the classes displayed in the Legend, change them manually.
