The classic snapping SnapTips flicker once and do not display over snapped features in ArcMap when screen sharing over a Citrix Vitrual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) brokered connection. In certain Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) configurations, it does not display at all over snapped features.

A new snapping environment was created to help correct problems in classic snapping.Workaround
The classic snapping SnapTips still appear in the bottom left corner of the ArcMap application, below the Table of Contents window, regardless of the flickering or missing classic snapping SnapTips behavior over features. Alternately, use normal snapping and enable normal snapping SnapTips.
