There is a corrupt, non readable geometry being encountered, due to the feature class becoming corrupt. Refer the workaround to recover the feature class.Workaround
There is a corrupt geometry in this data that cannot be read. In certain releases of ArcGIS Pro, a tool may not report it was silently failing (addressed somewhere around ArcGIS Pro 3.0). Recreating the feature class (not the one noted in this BUG, but here - https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-pro/analytics/geoprocessing-resolution-tolerance-and-hair/) allows both the Check Geometry and Repair Geometry tools to be successful.
