Bug

The characters, 'Ä, Ü, Ö, ß, é, and, è' in tags are changed to 'A, U, O, ss, and e' in the filter in the ArcGIS Enterprise Sites Tags section. If the tags contain characters other than 'A-Z', the items are unable to be filtered.
