The center property of the MapView does not work as expected if a basemap with Spatial Reference EPSG 2056 is loaded in ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript v4.26.

Additional Information
A center can be created with longitude and latitude, or a point object. The x,y properties can be used, but only as part of a point object. https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/api-reference/esri-views-MapView.html#centerSteps to Reproduce
