The Category Gallery application has stopped responding, and returned the following message, "Uncaught: The item containing the living atlas categories could not be determined" in the Debug Tool (F12) under 'Console'.

This issue is resolved in the upcoming release of ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0 coming in late July 2022. This defect is addressed in the Portal for ArcGIS Security 2025 Update 1 Patch.
