Additional Information

There are two concurrent routes, with each route going in the opposite direction. When carto-realignment is performed, a CP is added at the upstream locations of both the routes. However, since the measures are in opposite directions, the CPs are added at different locations. When a vertex on the centerline is deleted, it is deleted on both the centerline and one route. It still stays on the other route as there is a CP at that location.
