The "Cannot Access Data" error is returned when creating charts in Operation Dashboard for ArcGIS using a query layer service that does not have the ObjectID field as an unique identifier.

An ObjectID field is required for many operations in Operation Dashboard for ArcGIS.Workaround
Include the ObjectID field in the query layer and use the field as the unique identifier.Change the alias name of the Unique Identifier field to "ObjectID", irrelevant of what the field name is.Steps to Reproduce
