The camera on Samsung Galaxy Active Tab Pro (Android 10) fails to launch when attempting to open an image question with the appearance set to 'annotate'. The device keeps loading and returns the error message, "Camera not ready."

The development team has considered the issue and concluded it will not be addressed. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
Use other devices. The following Android devices are tested and do not experience the issue:
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 (Android 10)
- Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 (Android 9)
- Samsung Galaxy S20 (Android 10)
- One Plus Nord (Android 10)
- Samsung Galaxy Note S20 Ultra (Android 10)
- Google Pixel 3 (Android 10)
- Redme Note 7 Pro (Android 9)
- Realme 6 (Android 10)
