A calendar picker based on Calcite components has been introduced to Map Viewer as of the February 2023 ArcGIS Online release, and therefore ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 and onwards. Before ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2, this was a known limitation.Workaround
Use Map Viewer Classic in order to have the calendar view option, or type in the date manually.
