Additional Information

This issue is addressed for the next release of the ArcGIS API for Python.

Workaround

  1. Navigate to the manage_data.py in the folder path (C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\bin\Python\envs\arcgispro-py3\lib\site-packages\arcgis\geoanalytics).
  2. Edit the manage_data.py file and add 'import datetime' at the start and save changes to the file.
  3. Restart Jupyter Notebook to reflect changes in the script and confirm that the tool executes successfully from Python API.
