The CAD file (.dwg) does not display in the correct location in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.2.

Additional Information
The CAD file has embedded the projection S-JTSK (Ferro) Krovak, but the values for X,Y do not fit that projection. If users use the S-JTSK Krovak EastNorth projection, the values for X,Y are correct, as this projection has an XY plane rotation of 90.Workaround
In ArcGIS Pro, change the coordinate system to WKID 5514 in the Validate Position option of the File Properties window in the Catalog view.
