The Business Analyst widget in a published Experience Builder app cannot generate infographics that use GeoEnrichment services if the template is owned by a user other than the app author.

This is due to a limitation of the app proxy (utility service created by the Experience Builder app when GeoEnrichment is authorized during publishing) as it can only access items (infographic templates and layers) owned by the creator/owner of the Experience Builder app. It is recommended the following steps, refer to this documentation https://doc.arcgis.com/en/experience-builder/latest/configure-widgets/business-analyst-widget.htm#ESRI_SECTION2_755F5C14D958467884B2F6E88872FE87 for more information.Workaround
