Workaround
Note: This workaround sends emails manually to any person who has signed up, including users who have abandoned all of their assets.
- Export the table from ArcMap as a CSV file.
- Open the file in Excel and remove all but the email column.
- Run the Remove Duplicates (Data > Data Tools) tool.
- Turn the column into a pivot table (Insert Pivot Table).
- In the Pivot Table Menu, drag the "Email" option to the column section.
- Select the row with the emails list and copy it.
- Open a new Excel file and paste the values only (Paste 123).
- Save this file as a CSV.
- Open the CSV in a text editor such as Notepad.
- Find and replace all "," with ";"
- Copy the list of emails into the email client.
