Additional Information
Tested in ArcGIS Pro 3.7. With Skip Existing enabled, pyramids (.ovr) are still created even when statistics already exist (.aux.xml). Unable to reproduce the reported behavior. Closing as non-reproducible.Workaround
Uncheck the Skip Existing check box.
