The browser version of Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS does not respect filters that are defined in Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS when the Query widget is configured to query within this filter.

Additional Information

The Windows version of Operations Dashboard (i.e. operation views) and its companion JavaScript app in ArcGIS Online are now in Mature Support status. Esri is not doing any new development, bug fixes or patches. Customers are encouraged to use the new web-based version of the product (i.e. dashboard items).

Workaround

Define the filter used in the Query widget in the web map of ArcGIS Online, prior to creating the operation view.
