Certain 3D scenes may require higher-end devices, as complex scenes can result in memory shortages. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that every scene works on all devices, particularly on the iPhone 11 and 12. Esri is continuously improving support for mobile devices and is committed to keeping the hardware requirements up to date.
