This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.7, 3.4.5, 3.5.4, and 3.6.Workaround
For customers who want to use the Desktop Connector, they can copy files from ACC projects into a linked local folder and connect to that folder in their ArcGIS Pro projects.
