Additional Information

By default, the %Name% parameter is automatically translated to Japanese (%名前%) when the tool is opened (with the Japanese language pack); intentionally changing it to %Name% causes the error to occur. If the Japanese language pack is active, it is expected to use Japanese characters for the parameters.
