This is a known limitation in the Batch Attribute Editor widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder and applies to data models using subtypes. A reminder note is added to the widget documentation to clarify this behavior: 'If fields sharing the same field name are found across different layers, but have different domains, only one domain can be used'.Steps to Reproduce
